As part of the new garden we added a small pool hidden behind planting in the rear of the property. Castlemaine slate was added to blend with the brown/grey tones of the house. This made permeable and rigid paving as well as custom pool coping with a natural internal ede. A custom rusty pool fence also tied into the earthy colour scheme. Everything that was removed from the garden was recycled new materials were sourced locally except for the gridded permeable concrete driveway for EV charging. Photographed three months after completion before creepers could establish. It also illustrates the speed of perennial planting and ground covers.
