The garden was designed during the lockdown in late 2020, with landscape construction finishing in mid-2022.
It is an unusual project, originally two dwellings on separate titles. Both were converted by BG and Fernebuilt into one sprawling residence. The result was one single-story office/guest house on the street frontage. As well as a three-story, main residence at the rear linked by one large internal courtyard. The garden is made up of six courtyards in total over three levels. Bluestone Billets from Bamstone were used to create the permeable paving. Massed mixed ground covers inter-planted with flowering herbaceous perennials allowed for a lush base with some seasonal interest.
